I feel like I write the same thing week after week. I'm not sure why my prayers are not being answered. My life with my husband is so empty and miserable, all we do is go through the routine with no meaning. I am lonely and only wish he could see himself through my eyes. He's always critical, never asks for forgiveness, he doesn't have empathy at all. He is so cold hearted. He says he is a Christian but shows no fruits of the spirit in his daily life. He chooses to live in his sins than to love me as he should, which breaks my heart. Please pray that God would convict his heart and help him see. Thank you for all your prayers I appreciate them and this community.

Hi! At the beginning of the fast, my husband had not had much work all year. During the fast, our business has picked up to the point where we are 3 weeks booked!
I also silently asked God to help my Dad and I reconcile. We have only spoke a handful of times since 2018 and not at all since 2020. I really feel God is revealing to me a more mature understanding of His grace and mercy. My healing and growth isn't dependent on my Dad's responses and I am empowered through Christ to love him well. Christ will show me how to build relationally facilitating boundaries.
We certainly didn't participate every day... but this is what God did in our lives as a response to the cries of our hearts. I'm so thankful.
