Prayer of gratitude for my work.
Also, prayer for support. Our measures (KPIs) are changing.
Sometimes my heart feels like it can never meet the goals set, even though I improve (because the goals change). And sometimes my heart gets frustrated because the standards measures don’t always speak to the heart or quality of my work (understandably because those things are hard to measure in numbers).
If my calling is to remain at work, I pray for the ability to do so at or above expectations, with excellence. And if I’m being called to move on, I pray for the clarity and wisdom on how it is to be done.
